Rob and Jamie Dugan started Your Venture Church in 2014 with a vision to create a place that doesn't  focus on your past but invests in your future. Rob and Jamie have been in full-time ministry for 25 years. Jamie is the Director of Operations and Co-Founder.  Together, they want to see God use ordinary people to do extraordinary things through Christ. 

Sean has been  in his role since August 2021. He enjoys getting to know people more through the Growth Track class and small group meetings. Building relationships is his passion as well as involving people to serve Christ seamlessly through  ministry opportunities at Your Venture Church.  Sean is married to his wife, Jordan, who is the online campus/social media director and a part of the worship team. Together, they have 2 children, Jase and Hadley. 

Nathan Gerber(aka "Gerb") has been the NextGen Pastor at Venture, ministering to our students from 7th grade to 12th grade, since January 2023. Gerb helps with video production in addition to his role with the youth. He loves long walks to Taco Bell & getting the best possible deal on fast food. Gerb & his wife Anna have 2 children, Emory and Elora. 

Scott primarily focuses on organizing a team of skilled musicians like King David did in the Old Testament. He plays both guitar and piano, and musically directs the worship team and works side by side with the production team to honor the Lord in creative ways. Taylor leads worship and focuses on building and developing a team of vocalists who are rooted in the Word, led and empowered by the Holy Spirit to worship Him in Spirit and in Truth in all aspects of life. 

Kayleigh directs the children ministry on Sunday mornings and has been in this role since November 2022. Her top priority is that children have fun while learning about Jesus. She is married to her husband John, who serves on the worship team and has 3 children, Johnny, Avie and Jackson.

Ethan began serving in this role in 2020. He is passionate about bringing the service to life through lighting, sound, and videography. He works behind the scenes to set the technical environment for services. He is married to Kelsey, who serves in children's ministry and have one baby girl, Lindy.

Miles is a recent graduate of Speedway High School and is currently attending Marian University while majoring in Ministry Studies. Miles intends to grow in his faith and use his ministerial studies with the aspirations of going into full time ministry after college. 

Tony has attended since day one a Your Venture Church. He has been caring for people for years and always put himself last, it is only appropriate that appoint him as the Care Pastor.  He supports many individuals during their times of needs such as illness, grief, or personal crisis.
